Gene M. Kaufmann
Professional Qualifications
Gene M. Kaufmann is licensed to practice law under CA State Bar No. 181355 since 1995, under IN State Bar No. 19123-02 since 1996, and under NV State Bar No. 6704 since 1998. He graduated from Indiana University with a B.A. in Spanish/History and earned his J.D. from Ohio Northern University with distinction, where he was an associate editor of the law review and a member of the Willis Society and the Phi Kappa Phi honor societies. Mr. Kaufmann practices in the areas of estate planning and civil litigation with extensive law and motion experience in state and federal trial courts, and experience as trial counsel in both jury and bench trials.
Personal
Gene and his wife Jenny met in Madrid, Spain, while they were each completing a year abroad study program. They reside in Minden with their three children. He and his wife are active at Hilltop Community Church in Carson City, Nevada.
