Salary Range
$15-$22/hr.
Responsibilities
Client communications and data collection
Maintain client and office confidentiality
File, organize, scan, copy and fax legal documents as needed
Answer phone calls, take notes/messages, and redirect calls as needed
Schedule court depositions, hearings, and other meetings
Provide attorney support and take on other assigned tasks
Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs – WordPerfect experience is a +
2-3+ years office experience, ideally as a paralegal or administrative/executive assistant
Ability to type accurately with a speed of at least 30 wpm
High attention to detail, and good learner
Able to effectively prioritize and meet deadlines
Able to work as a team with attorneys and other colleagues
Demonstrate a courteous and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
